What happens during a session?

 Each session is gentle, supportive, and completely focused on what you’re experiencing in the moment. I’m an active listener, I really listen to you not just to your words, but to what’s underneath them. Together, we talk through what you’re feeling, explore the deepe

 

I’m not formally trained as a life coach, my experience comes from many courses, real life, deep healing, and years of walking alongside women who needed support, clarity, and a safe place to land. I’ve spent countless hours studying psychology, intuition, and emotional patterns because I wanted to understand why we get stuck and how we can break free. Everything I offer comes from education, lived experience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help women feel lighter and more connected to themselves.


 Not at all. Many women come in feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out that’s what the session is for. Just come as you are.


I offer virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients. I offer virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and comfort of my clients. If you prefer to keep your camera off, that’s completely fine — you just need to let me know before the session so I can set things up in a way that feels comfortable for you. 


The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.


 You’re always in control of the conversation. You never have to share anything you’re not ready to talk about. We move at your pace, gently and respectfully. Add an answer to this item.


 Absolutely. There’s no pressure to commit to multiple sessions. Many women start with one session to see how it feels, and then decide from there. 


 No. I’m not a therapist and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work is intuitive, supportive, and heart‑based focused on emotional clarity, inner connection, and personal growth. Many women find it beautifully complementary to therapy. 


 That’s completely okay. Many women come to me feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure how to put their emotions into words. You don’t need to explain anything perfectly — I’ll guide the conversation gently, and together we’ll uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface. 


 You don’t need any experience at all. My sessions are simple, supportive, and guided by intuition — I tune into what you’re feeling and what you need in the moment. You can show up exactly as you are, and I’ll meet you there. Most women tell me they feel comfortable within the first few minutes.
